ANT STONEROADS - Soil Stabilization

The ANT Stone Roads Technology enables the creation of a monolithic stone plate from a variety of materials, including waste from rock grinding, low-strength stone materials, various types of soils, and waste from the mining and metallurgical industries.

The created plate has a high strength and is resistant to deformations; it is not afraid of high loads, water, frosting and defrosting cycles, or the effects of adverse environmental and weather conditions.

Roads constructed in accordance with the ANT Stone Roads Technology are in use in over 15 countries.

The application of this technology opens up new possibilities, achieves a number of technical and environmental objectives, and reduces the estimated costs of road construction.

ANT stabilizer

The ANT Soil Stabilizer (also known as the ANT Stabilizer) is a complex organic agent that aims to perform reduction-oxidation reactions in a material.

The ANT Soil Stabilizer produces a directed reaction of reduction-oxidation by exposure to molecular oxygen on the surface of the particles of the material to be strengthened. This causes the formation of new crystalline bonds between the material's particles, which strengthens them. As a result, a synthetic stone material is formed. This reaction mimics the natural processes that lead to the formation of stone sedimentary rocks.

Both in concentrated form and as a water solution, the ANT Stabilizer is completely safe for humans and the environment.

Why is it unique?

Environmental safety

The ANT Stabilizer is completely safe for both humans and the environment. Furthermore, the application of the technology allows for the use of various types of waste, which addresses a number of environmental issues.

High Strength

The new synthetic material is not only very firm, but also resistant to deformations, water saturation, and frosting and defrosting cycles. Because of the material's long lifespan, the roads can be used in all climatic zones.

Lower costs

This technology reduces road construction costs by more than 5% (up to 30% in selected cases) compared to other methods due to the use of low-cost materials, a reduction in the thicknesses of the leveling and finishing layers of the road structure, the high strength of the stone plate, and the reduction in construction periods.

Universality

Possible use of a wide range of waste materials, such as: weak stone materials and various types of soils. It is also possible to use a variety of equipment and road construction methods.

No Maintenance Required

In the process of increasing its strength and further operation, the stone plate will not be deformed, nor will cracks appear in it. This is accomplished through the formation of new crystalline bonds between the material's particles as a result of the reduction-oxidation reaction initiated by the ANT Stabilizer.

The Execution of Works in a Non-Stop Mode

A monolithic stone plate can withstand heavy cargo transport loads immediately after compaction. The main requirement is that vehicles limit their speed to 20 - 40 km/h for the first few days, preventing the top layer of the stone plate from being damaged.
